What do Australian Wallabies captain James Horwill, Gold Coast Suns player Karmichael Hunt, hip hop artist Seth Sentry and comedian and radio host Merrick Watts all have in common? Here’s a hint – it’s a passion they share along with some of the world’s biggest superstars, including NBA stars Kobe Bryant and Dwight Howard, TV funnyman Jimmy Kimmel and Aussie turned Hollywood movie star Sam Worthington.

When they aren’t doing what they do best they’re joining 40 million gamers worldwide to play Call of Duty – the biggest entertainment release of all time!

James Horwill, Karmichael Hunt, Seth Sentry, Merrick Watts, Golden Era Records Aussie hip hop rising stars Trials, Vents, K21 and Aussie magician and mentalist Matt Tarrant were all treated to a sneak peak of the most highly anticipated video game release of 2013 – Call of Duty: Ghosts – and their reactions were captured on film.

Call of Duty: Black Ops II set a new world record in 2012 as the biggest entertainment release in history. It racked up $1 billion in sales in just 15 days, eclipsing the likes of James Cameron’s blockbuster movie “Avatar”. The next momentous release in the prestigious Call of Duty gaming franchise Call of Duty: Ghosts was revealed two weeks ago with a teaser – now millions of fans across the globe are waiting with baited breath for the 22nd May to get a deeper look as part of the worldwide Xbox reveal.

 

Call of Duty: Ghosts is released in Australia on 5th November 2013.
