Therese Desqueyroux (2013)
Summary: In the French region of Landes, near Bordeaux, marriages are arranged to merge both families and their land. Young and free-spirited Thérèse Larroque (Tautou) becomes Mrs. Bernard Desqueyroux in one such union, however life in the provinces does not agree with her. Stifled by the tedium of her beautiful but in-law filled surroundings as well as the intellectual mediocrity of her husband (Gilles Lellouche), Thérèse decides to apply her poisonous outlook in the most literal terms.
