Wildheart have always been a band to push boundaries, and their latest EP “We Are” showcases their prowess to create vastly contrasting music, whist also enforcing a strong message that is rooted at the ‘heart’ of what they do.
Last month, Wildheart dropped the namesake single from this forthcoming EP – and triple j staff rushed to review it on Unearthed – triple j Unearthed head honcho Dave Ruby Howe said “Cool, this cranks hard.” and Home and Hosed presenter Declan Byrne expressed “This must be for the wicked because there is no time to rest. Love those slower melodies playing off against the lightning everywhere else.” Both reviewers gave it 4 stars!
The band have gained a dedicated and energetic fan base, and have supported bands such as Young Lions, Bare Bones, Hand of Mercy, A Night in Texas, Deadlights, Casey (UK), and Belle Haven.
