[MUSIC NEWS] THE SCREAMING JETS Announce Summer Tour
Everybody’s favourite Aussie rock band The Screaming Jets are kicking off the new year with a full-throttle celebration and are set to deliver the ultimate holiday soundtrack to the East Coast on their Rock ‘n’ Roll on Summer Tour 2025!
The Jets are bringing their signature high-energy live shows to coastal and regional towns in Queensland from January 3 in Eagleby, followed by gigs on the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast. They then head south to NSW performing in Ballina, Sawtell, Port Macquarie, Newcastle, Woy Woy and Ulladulla, making their way to the ACT for a show in Canberra on January 16, followed by Wollongong on January 17, wrapping it all up in Tamworth at the Longyard Hotel on January 21.
The tour run also includes 5 licensed/all ages shows which is the perfect opportunity for fans to introduce some top-notch Aussie rock n’ roll to the younger generation and there are limited Meet and Greet tickets available for most shows via the ticketing outlets.
The band are stoked to be bringing their good mates Pricey back on the road again for some QLD shows, along with the up and coming teenage rockers The Wave Raiders. Purple Disturbance will be joining the band for Tamworth and Adelaide’s raucous punk rockers LOLA who recently teamed up with Gleeso to help save the iconic Crown & Anchor in SA, will bring the noise to the NSW and ACT shows. Also joining the action at various stops are retro rockers Large Mirage and the mighty Mammal, who’ll join the lineup for the highly anticipated show at Miami Marketta on January 5. With this stacked lineup, you’re in for a wild ride from start to finish!
There’s no better way to kick back and let loose than with a Screaming Jets gig – loud, electrifying, and packed with the classic tracks “Better”, “Helping Hand”, “Shivers”, “October Grey”, “Eve of Destruction” and many more hits that’ll keep audiences on their feet all night long!
