[MUSIC NEWS] Supports Named For CATTLE DECAPITATION/FALLUJAH Tour

Two of the most cutting-edge bands in extreme metal, Cattle Decapitation and Fallujah, are teaming up for a tour that will take you on a journey through the darkest depths of the human psyche.

Joining them on all shows, except for Melbourne are Mélancolia.

Trapped in the claws of despair like messengers of darkness, Mélancolia are a tormented entity. Melodic blackened deathhore that melds elements of industrial goth and nü-metal with its pommeling foundations, resulting in what can only be described as sonic horror. Coupled with their Cradle Of Filth inspired visuals, it’s the stuff of nightmares. Australia has never produced an act like this..

The Melbourne show will feature the insanely caustic Body Prison.

Those attending the Sydney show will need a few extra days to recuperate as the Metro gets destroyed by four acts of unrivalled heaviness. Joining Cattle Decapitation, Fallujah and Mélancolia are Australia’s Kings of technical death metal, Psycroptic.

Two decades and eight albums in, Psycroptic have followed an organic progression along a clandestine path from which they will never stray. More technical and brutally intuitive than ever, Australia’s finest extreme act have truly mastered their craft.

Those who attended the 2018 Cattle/Psycroptic tour know what they are in for.
Newcomers, you’ve been warned.

**********

No one articulates the real apocalypse humanity is facing as vividly and succinctly as California’s Cattle Decapitation. A force to be reckoned with for over two decades, the band deliver blistering death-grind that forces us to confront the ugly truth about our species. With their latest album, Terrasite, they continue to push the boundaries of their sound, creating a sonic landscape that is both terrifying and beautiful.  With themes that touch on anger, despair, and our self-made impending doom, Cattle Decapitation’s message is a wake-up call to humanity.

Bay Area beasts, Fallujah, bring a more progressive and technical approach to the table. With five albums under their belt, they have established themselves as true pioneers in the tech-metal scene. Their latest release, Empyrean, is a masterpiece of atmospheric soundscapes and existential themes that will leave you reeling.

These shows will take you on a journey that is both harrowing and exhilarating. If you’re ready to face the end times head on, then make sure you don’t miss this epic bill. It might just be the last thing you see before the lights go out.
